Best thing to do would be to ask JA see what they say

The size of the stone has nothing to do with it...it is a thin band and it does have holes in it for the
pave. If you baby it, it would be ok (only wear it when you go out...etc). If you plan on wearing
all day long, every day then it probably wont last forever. That being said, a pave setting can lose
a stone at any point...just have to be willing to deal with that. We usually recommend sticking with
settings that are close to 2mm.

What's your budget for a setting?

Agree with the poster above that it's a very delicate pave and will need babying. Also, JA website indicates that 1.5 is the max round weight for this setting (because of available head sizes, not structural support reasons)
