Would anyone know whether a 1.3 carat round diamond would fit in a 4 prong tiffany style setting made for 1.5 carat round diamond?

It might if the diamond is a spread stone. In other words a wide diameter and a little shallow. Otherwise the head on that tiffany style ring can be changed out with ease for one that works and at a reasonable cost.
