Would appreciate any last minute advice before purchase

Hi guys, all set to purchase this one tomorrow

Any comments or advice prior to purchase ? My one item of query was if a diamond has been recut due to prior damage ( and recut ) does this have any negative impact on the diamond?

Would I be better of going for

Im of the opinion It is worthwhile paying for a premium cut, is this the correct assumption? I've seen some other princess diamonds that appear to have a poor cut and it shows,

The hard bit of the girl saying yes is out of the way, just need the ring to go with it now.

Still not sure on the right setting to Suit this one no doubt I'll find something in Antwerp

well... most of us will say, since you are buying the brand name diamond. it's over priced.. if you'd rather spend the money on the brand that's fine, but you can certainly find bigger or better diamonds for that price

Infinity sells outstanding diamonds. My only last minute advice would be to see if they had a slightly larger stone with VS1 or VS2 clarity. You are paying quite a premium for VVS when it is not going to appear visually different from a VS stone.
