Worried inclusions will be visible in the VS1

The report shows what appears to be needles under the pavilion. Should I be worried about this? Also, does anyone have general opinions on the proportions of this one?

The table is a bit larger than I'd prefer, but the inclusions would most likely be incredibly difficult to see.
