Hi,

It is impossible to give a meaningful opinion on a diamond solely from the report plot.

Can you purchase the diamond contingent on the results and opinion of an appraiser?

Most GIA SI-1's will not be problematic.

That said, any diamond with a point or a corner is much more likely than a round diamond to have problems.

Can't see the extent of the feather on the lab report... Can you post a larger scan of the plotting diagrams AND perhaps a few clarity photographs that show the extent of the feather?
