The diamond has definite potential, an Idealscope image would tell us more if you can get one.

I''m not crazy about the 42.5% pavilion depth to be honest. But, if you do end up getting images, it could be a good stone, depending on how tightly cut the pavilion and crown angles are.

Looks nice. Try the numbers in the cut adviser. An idealscope and or ASET image would be helpful.

On the HCA it comes out as (using angles, because I've read that using angles is more accurate than using percentages):

Light Return: Excellent
Fire: Excellent
Scintillation: Excellent
Spread or diameter for weight: Very Good
Total Visual Performance: 0.8 - Excellent
within TIC range

On the graph, the stone falls within both AGS ideal and GIA excellent candidate ranges.

I am taking the stone to an appraiser tomorrow. She doesn't provide Ideal-Scope or ASET pictures, but hopefully she'll be able to tell me what she thinks of the stone.

Thanks for all the responses, please respond with more input if anybody have any other comments :)
