I purchased a few pairs of earrings from PP last week and see that there is a sitewide sale now. Does anyone know if PP will do a price adjustment? Or should I make a second order at the reduced price and return the first?
They did one once in the past for me. Mine was a significant dollar amount, though, so I negotiated to make it easier on both sides and had them give me pearl points for the adjustment, since I knew I'd purchase again in the future.
Thanks for the responses @cmd2014 and @amoline! I emailed them, explained I made a purchase just a few days ago and was within the return period and was able to get a price adjustment quickly!
