Will online vendors send diamonds to out of state P.O Boxes?

I am considering making a purchase from an online vendor. I am going to wire the money for the purchase. Will they send the product to an out of state P.O. Box? I will ask the vendor but just wondering if this common?

U.S.Registered Mail is very safe. The U.S. Government sends Secret documents by Registered Mail. The problem is it is sometimes a little slow.
We send out only by FedEx next day delivery where it is held for pickup at the FedEx station for pickup. In most places it is there by 10:30 in the morning the next day. Of course, if you live out in the sticks, it might arrive a little later than 10:30am.

So if I order and the vendor is using Fed ex. Can I specify pick up at a specific Fed Ex depot in the city of my choice? Or do I need an US address?

Answer: This has two answers. If you are in the US and want to pick up in another US city at the FedEx Station, all we need is the zip code of where you want to pick up and we will find the nearest FedEx Station.
If you want to pick up in another country (UK, Australia, Korea, Germany, etc.)we would need the street address and phone number where you want it and FedEx will call you when it arrived and tell you where to pick it up. Most countries want to collect some kind of tax before you can get your diamond.
In both cases we would need an e-mail from you stating where you want to pick it up.
