Will a white gold band look okay?

Hey everyone, I am having a new ring made which will be a rose gold band with a white gold "crown" head holding the stone. I have a white gold eternity band I can wear with it or a platinum diamond half eternity but just wondering will that look odd since the band is rose gold or no since the head is white gold?

Combining metals is very beautiful. I believe it will all blend just fine.

I do a lot of combining metals, but I have tons of bands and I switch them out even in the same day. My opinion if this is your permanent wedding set is to go with the eternity band. My eye “sees” that as going together perfectly bc all the diamonds in your set are in white gold. The RG is the contrast. The 1/2 eternity could definitely work too - and I often wear a WG 1/2 eternity with my YG engagement ring. I’m just saying what I think looks best/most cohesive. IF YOU like other combinations GO FOR IT!

Yes another vote for mixed metals. I think it will all go very nicely together especially if you like the way rose gold looks on your finger. Cannot wait to see your new ring and please share pics with us when you have them.

I have a colored stone ring with a white gold basket and yellow gold shank. It looks better with a white gold eternity band than it does with a yellow band. So I think you will be fine.

Thank you for the replies. This will be my first rose gold ring and I've been trying to find an antique band but nothing was jumping out at me. So knowing I can use one I already have and love is kind of a relief lol!

I think white metals look fantastic with RG! If I wasn’t a YG girl at heart, I’d rock this combo every day!
