Why would this be so cheap?

Hi all, new to the forum and could really use some help. I found this diamond online for About 7800, but it almost seems too good to be true. It's a G, VS2, Excellent cut, 1.15 stone graded by GIA. The only issue I can see is that the table may be a little large, and it has medium fluorescence.

Any reason I should be concerned about purchasing this diamond? Any help is greatly appreciated, it's such a stressful purchase!

I found both of these in a quick search and they are better measurements than the one you posted.

I don't think it's cheap either - I think it is priced appropriately.

The two diamonds I posted also have HCA scores of under 2. Yours is at 2.5 .. crown angle and pavilion angle are both high and diamond is slightly deep. It's not a dog by any means but you can do better.

There really isn't such a thing as great deal on the retail market for diamonds.
