Why is this LGD so expensive?

Hello, and thank you for reading my post. I don’t know if this link is viewable because I’m not sure if I attached it correctly. Why would this LGD be so expensive? And I understand that most LGDs don’t have a lot of flaws. This one is an SI diamond. I’m asking out of curiosity only. Looks to be an earth-mined diamond that was accidentally listed under lab. If you at the lab report, you can tell.
