Why does this diamond cost so little?

So i was on US certed diamonds website and I found this 0.82 round brillant for 2075 (USD)??? Here are the stats below. DO you think its because of the girldle thickness? But I thought it was better to have a medium to slightly thick girdle so that it may chip less? Let me know what you guys think?

On this board it is the least expensive among dozens with similar characteristics. Certainly the strong blue florescence is a significant factor, but I'd ask the vendor if they have any insight. Given this one, it doesn't explain everything.

It''s got strong blue flour and the depth is slightly large making the face up appearance a tad smaller than it''s carat weight.
