Why Curved

What is the reason for the curve in some of the wedding bands? Do they work with all engagement rings or are they made only for 3 stone?

Some people prefer not to have a gap between their ering and the wedding band. A curved band cuts down on the gap, and in some cases eliminates it entirely.

Also, two rings that don''t lock together will tend to scrape on each other and wear away some metal over the years. A curve in the band fits around a large diameter diamond, a boxy head, or other protrusion and makes the rings fit together better.
