DF ~ There are products out there that do reduce the signs of aging. It does work and scientifically proven to tighten your skin and smooth lines - which in return makes you look younger. Results vary depending on the individual and the 'age' of your skin. For example, if you have more defined and deep lines - the harder it will be for the products to work on reducing those lines.There is also botox and other measures to make you look younger. I've seen people with botox and it does work - tightens the skin and makes you younger.

This is what i learned a loooong time ago. They probably have more effective methods by now. Basically, to give it length, they cut the ligament (what keeps the penis upright when erect), so more of it falls out to the external part of your body. then they inject fat all around it to give it girth. If the man has erectile disfunction in addition to a small penis, then they will sometimes use an inflatable device. To insert, they basically shove a metal thing inside to squeegie a space, then plop it in. I think Larry Flynt supposedly has one.. he was on Howard Stern or some show talking about how he just presses his balls and his penis pops up.

what is the maximum PSI? any chance of over inflated?.. so,to deflate it he just press teh other ball?..
