LOL. I am feeling much the same Zoe. Is it too early for happy hour? It IS 5 o'clock somewhere isn't it?
Well, Kaleigh's serving drinks but I'm more of a dessert person. I'm having angel food cake as we "speak." Would you like a piece?

Of late, I've seen the moderator appear in so many more threads than before to reprimand folks for one thing or another. I don't care for an atmosphere where it feels like big brother is looming over all the time. I understand the need for moderation but it's suffocating, especially in threads where there's no drama but interesting and innocent posts, like one in LIW about inter-racial/inter faith couples.iluvcarats said:I haven't been posting much lately, and it is precisely because of all the negativity I feel when reading PS and not wanting to bore everyone with MORE negativity. (Well that and the fact that I really can't relate to many of the insipid, inane posts that are often started.)
I think that the moderation of PS is so constricting (more than before) and I find it frustrating not being able to say what I really want to say. I also find that there are posters in RT and CS who are helpful, but that often they are eclipsed by those who have ordained themselves experts in the field![]()

FWIW We haven't always shared the same POV and have had our differing opinions in ATW, but I have always enjoyed reading both what you have to say, and the clever way you always say it. I always learn something from you (whether I like it or not)![]()
