Mia, Chenei , Trevor , or any who answer are all GIA pearl graduates. Hisano makes the custom pieces and may be the one you might want to ask for.

Do you happen to know if PP has a different special this month? It seems to be the same as last month.

I am glad you had good luck chatting with Chenei. She is as beautiful in person as she is chatting on the phone. She has helped me purchase items also.
I am sorry, I have no information on specials, I see them when you do. I do know PP had trouble last month with their website. They may be holding over the special because customers couldn't purchase that item.
