Who makes this ring?

Is it a designer ring? Vintage? Anyone know who makes it and/or where I can possibly find it?

Sorry. A friend of mine sent it to me as a "screen grab" from some TV show. But I will tell you that it''s a marcasite ring with an octagonal bezel and a huge (about 20mm) green flat faceted gemstone, probably green amethyst or tourmaline. No diamonds. I''m guessing it''s either vintage or an old(er) Stephen Dweck (because of the size of the stone). Meanwhile, I will TRY to get a better pic. Thanks!
