Who makes the nicest 6 prong Tiffany setting?

I know I want a 6 prong Tiffany -- most likely 18K yellow with either a white Gold or Platinum head. I saw this one from Blue Nile:

and it looks nice on the web page but someone must have seen these in person and I suspect there is a range of qualities. Can anyone recommend a better one or is this as good as they get?

Although now I notice they do not sell it without a stone. Also, it is 2.5mm, and I think I want a 2.0mm. Any other ideas?
