Who makes similar setting

I found this 14k wg setting at a local shop but It is a size 6.5 and I wear a 5 and it was made for it's specific sized stone 5.27×4.82. I do not like the obvious included undocumented stone that us being sold as I1 r/t color but I adore the look. I want to know if anyone knows who makes settings like this successfully. I am not sure if the stones would fall out of this one easily since The stones are all set shared prong style and it is a generic setting. The qhole peice is $1200. The jeweler would charge me $700 as a Simi mount and $150 to swap out and set a new stone. I don't think that's a bad price for the setting, the mele are high quality and sparkle like mad. What are your thoughts?.
