There is a nice mens wedding band in Bailey Banks and Biddle that is the ''house'' brand. It''s beautiful but wanted to know if anyone knew who made their rings?

Nope, but you might be able to figure it out from the hallmark (manufacturer''s stamp) on the inside of the band... The hallmark is not required unless the ring is stamped with the alloy, such as Plat or 14k. Registered hallmarks can be as simple as a symbol such as an asterisk "*"; or a logo; or the name of the manufacturer. I used to have a hallmark guide from JCK, but have no idea where I put it and JCK stopped publishing it a few years ago, but if you''re able to describe / sketch / draw the hallmark and post it here somebody might recognize it... Beyond that, it''s anybody''s guess who made the ring you''re looking at because most jewelers use more than one manufacturer to produce their "in house" brand and they consider such information to be proprietary and are unlikely to share it.

You''d probably have better luck posting a photograph or detailed sketch of the ring you like and see if anybody knows of somebody who produces a similar one... Lots of styles are produced by different manufacturers. Hope this helps.
