Hi, I'm not 100% sure since it isn't the clearest pic, but it looks like a Simon G. I know I have seen this ring or one very similar but do not remember the exact model #.

Hope this helps to point you in the right direction to be able to find it.

This is a really bad pic that was sent to me from a jeweler - I knew I had inquired about a ring similar to this design some time ago You might need to save the image and then manipulate it to try to see it clearer or at least darker!
