I’m not sure if I understand your question but I’ll give it a shot. Only certain items qualify for the sale. His gemstones are sorted by a certain stock number therefore only numbers between XXX and YYY will be covered under the sale. All other gemstones with stock numbers outside the range of XXX and YYY are not on sale. Looking around at his inventory, it appears that the sale is only on very old items that have been sitting in his inventory for a while – a house cleaning sale of sorts.

The sale is a "make an offer sale". Sort of like Priceline when buying a travel ticket. Make an offer that is 10% or less, and I''ll either accept it or reject it. If I accept it, I''ll email you a Paypal invoice. You still have complete return privileges just like any other stone.

I think he is saying the sale is 10% off the list price, but you can make an offer for less than that, and if he accepts your offer, he''ll send you an invoice for that amount.

I think it's just make any offer, lol. He's taking at least 10% off the stones automatically, but you're free to make an offer that's more than 10% off (lower price), and he'll accept or reject it.

Oops, somebody beat me to the explanation , haha.

I don''t think he wants to sell the gems for 10%. I think that is a discount figure.
