I inquired. Looked like it might be a great stone. But I'm second in line. So 'fess up! Who got it?

I don''t think he would mind, but you could ask to make sure. Tell him Liz wants to see it.

WHAT?! You passed?! Are you SERIOUS? What are the measurements? Dare I ask price? I haven''t heard from him yet. But I''m DYING to see the end result. I haven''t even seen a picture yet. What''s the color like? And when did you email? I freaking emailed him from my phone in the bathroom (!) this morning. I check that site often from my phone and saw it and shot off an email hoping to be early.

''The other stones I have of this color type are actual Paraiba tourmalines, and would be about four times the price. They are also smaller and longer, skinnier stones.''

He is not wrong on that front, I must agree. As much as I love sparkly rocks, I save first to travel and experience and make memories. Are you crazy excited??Date: 4/15/2009 8:46:06 PM

Well, the hubby helped rationalize the choice. Since I am leaving for the Netherlands soon [2 weeks from today!!] we decided that the $100 might be better spent on traveling there or getting something cool over there.
Sigh.
It''s so pretty, it looks like the water in some parts of Hawaii...
