I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum. If not please redirect me. I purchased a pre-owned Whitney Boin ring from Pearlman's about 5 years ago. Unfortunately the sapphires have scratched I think because I wore a ring on an adjacent finger. I'm looking to have some repairs done, which is pretty difficult as I have to send from Australia to US. I've been communicating with Whitney Boin Studio via Facebook messenger and am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the studio.
