I sent in a loose stone to be set in one of their settings and they did an excellent job. I felt confident about their service and expertise and will certainly be glad to deal business with them again.
Canadian Wonderer: As another Canadian, could you please let us know how your transaction goes with Whiteflash. I would like to one day purchase from them as well but I am a little hesitant as of course they are in the US. I''m more curious to how the transaction goes in the delivery of the diamond/jewelery aspect. What you paid as in taxes and duties, if there is any duty since the excise tax on jewelery is gone.

I bought a ring from Bob. Every time I talked to him he was very nice and pleasant. He was very helpful in helping me chose a stone. I love my ring and would buy from them again. Unfortunately DSS hit me and I already talked to Bob about an upgrade.
