The site is back up!

We are in a wait and see mode to make sure the site is stable. And of course, to see if there might be a follow on attack.

So far, so good.

Just an update,
To restore the site and get it back up and running it was necessary to revert to the last backup point before the cyberattack. This created a several hour gap where we lost information regarding all admin activities done during that time.

Everyone on the team is working hard to recreate the work they did in that time frame including new product orders, service orders, reserves, inquiries, etc. One of the many things that we are dealing with is making sure any diamonds that were sold or reserved during the outage are turned off on the site so we don't have double-sale situations.

In the meantime if anyone sees anything on our site that looks weird, please let us know!
