I am currently working with Katie on a three-stone sapphire and diamond ring and she has been an absolute angel! I am a pain in the butt because I have a million questions, and she has responded to each and ever one in a super fast, super friendly manner. I don''t think you can go wrong with any of the WhiteFlash reps. They have a good reputation and I think they care about making all of their clients happy.

And, just to add, my budget is lots, lots, lots smaller than $20k, but they are still treating me like royalty!

I agree. I just made a tiny purchase and they have bent over backwards to get everything done in time for me!! Katie, Vera, and TRavis, who I just spoke with via email today, have all been so incredibly great to work with!

Also, because I send a lot of referral business to WF, the lovely Ms. Wexler called me personally to thank me for sending them so much business. I was floored.

Lauren - that''s so awesome that you were contacted and thanked for the referrals. It is exactly that kind of personal touch that makes Whiteflash fantastic!! I love a company that loves, and truely values, a customer... it''s sad that it''s so rare today to be appreciated as a customer that good customer service makes jaws hit the floor in shock, but good for the few that do it!!

I received an email regarding the gift card that my sister purchased for me from them on Christmas morning. Today I received another email from the first representative that I worked with - Celina - she just dropped a line stating she was looking forward to seeing the ring that Bob Hoskins and I are working on. I love it when I''m not just a customer number in someone''s database and a credit card waiting to be charged, but when I am actually a person who happens to also have a customer number in that database.

Way to go WF!

Just last week I emailed her about purchasing a pair of huggies as a holiday gift for moi. And as always, it was a fast and pleasant experience. She''s a true gem!
