whiteflash salespeople

I called Whiteflash a while back about an engagement ring. Talked with a lady named Leslie. Has anyone worked with her? Any other recommendations?

The reason I ask is that I am somewhat new to this diamond world and need someone who has EXTRA patience and is willing to take some time with me.

Leslie is a very well known salesperson at WF. She''s been there a long time and has helped many many men negotiate the scary process! I think she''s a great person to help you, many people have posted here with their compliments about Leslie.
 
Leslie rocks!
On the rare occasion when there is an issue she is the go too person at WF for resolving them I send people too .
 
I think Leslie is the Director or something. She is very nice and people have rave reviews for her. I dealt with her briefly for some assistance with sending my bank wire b/c my bank was having some difficulties .. Very helpful!
I dealt with Traci, personally, and she was fantastic! Patient, personable and on the ball!

I think anyway you go, Whiteflash salespeople are fantastic!
 
I just purchased Whiteflash''s 2ctw bangle bracelet and have been dealing with Lesley. We''ve emailed back and forth several times and she has been so patient with my questions, and she responds to email very quickly! I don''t think you''ll have any problems with her at all.

Sheerah at Whiteflash is awesome! I spoke with Lesley once or twice when Sheerah wasn''t there and she was great, too, but I love Sheerah!
 
I think anyone who has dealt with Whiteflash has their favourite rep. Mine is called Celina. I love her! I have spoken to Lesley before too, and Vera and Katie.... they are all lovely!!

Thanks for all the advice. I am just a little nervous b/c I know I will need that little extra. My price range is roughly $20,000 and I want to make sure I get it right. How can I get to other threads about whiteflash salespeople..as I doubt this question hasn''t been asked before.

I would love to hear some more stories/experiences dealing with Whiteflash, as I would like to stick with one store/salesperson for all my diamond needs

Do searches on here for "whiteflash service" and "Lesley" and you''ll come up with a lot of threads!
 
I have worked with Celina and Bob Hoskins at WF. They have both been fantastic and very patient. With Celina, the purchase was easy, but she was very helpful and patient with my questions.

Poor Bob, I really feel for him, I''m working with him on a ring for my amethyst and I don''t think I''m being a very good customer because what I want I have not found to help put a picture to my description, but he''s been fantastic and very fun to work with. He''s always so upbeat and very quickly understands my descriptions - though I have a hard time understanding my own descriptions at times. hehe
 
Lesley is great. Let her know you will need a lot of support during your purchase, I am sure if she is ''time poor'' she will offer another sales rep to you. If she is not tied up then she will give you every attention.

I picked a lovely D VS2 stone for my mom for Christmas and when it was being set, iI chipped. There was a time crunch b/c I needed to get it before by this past Saturday in order to have it in time for Christmas. Traci saw to it that I got the same quality & likeness in a replacement diamond and that it was all done in time to ship it off for me to get in time. I am certain that this was not easy, however, Traci made it look like it was no sweat. She emailed me and called me every step of the way to let me know how it was going. She was always available for me and made me feel like I was her only customer. She told me to call her when I got the ring and let her know what I thought. In addition to the over the top customer service, Traci was a ton of fun ... She made this "virtual" shopping experience more fun than actually being in the store.

Most importantly, the end product delivered was top notch!

I have made many purchases from WF and always deal with Lesley. She is the director of sales. I emailed her last night because I had received some money for Christmas and wanted to find out what size diamond earring jackets would best fit the stud earrings I had purchased from her previously. I sent this email out at 9pm on Christmas night, thinking she may have the rest of the week off, so I told her just to get back to me when she could. I got a reply back from her IN TWENTY MINUTES, ON CHRISTMAS NIGHT! She''s always been very helpful and fast on getting back to me! She is definitely the BEST!
 
I worked with Bob Hoskins at WF via email and phone-I have to say, he''s so wonderful I probably had a crush on him!

Another +1(00) for Lesley! I got my WF diamond ring last week. I just went through my inbox and counted exactly 20(!) e-mails from Lesley during the busiest diamond-purchasing period of the year. Not to mention the 5 or 6 phone calls I made. She''s fantastic and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was extremely patient with me as we looked at various options and finally honed in on "the one." Definitely no need to worry if Lesley is your rep!
 
I just have to put in a good word for Jamie and Katie who have been extremely helpful to me, and both are very patient!
 
I''m sure all the help is fine. I''ve only worked with a girl who has since moved back home (first), at which time Lesley took over. She could not have been nicer, or more helpful, any time I''ve dealt with her. I have even gotten calls at home, when an email would have sufficed. She has always taken care of me, and I couldn''t/wouldn''t dream of working with someone else.

I''''d stick with Lesley.

Is a Leo diamond similar to the ACA diamond in terms of cut. My sister-in-law just got a Leo diamond and I wondered if they were actually good quality or simply a marketing ploy!??

No. They are different cuts, and give different results. Most would prefer the ACA, but some love their Leo''s. Do a search on "Leo", you''ll get lots of info.

Same thing happened with me. We emailed back and forth on Christmas night (last night) and was amazed! Last week I had emailed her, and she responded less than 1.5 hours later...and she apologized for the delay, and here I was happy that she responded so quickly!

What about waiting for something along the lines of ACA .28 F VS2 for the same price? If time is on my side, would that be worth the wait. Or are those bigger .327 Gs SI1s still the way to go?

Leslie is my fave at WF. Have gotten to know her over the years that I have been on PS. She's very patient and listens to what you want. I can't wait to see what you decide upon. You have a very nice budget. Best of luck to you!!

Lesley is the Director of Sales at WF. Very patient! Her job is not only working with customers, but she is over the sales staff as well. She has a lot of responsibility! I''m not sure she ever gets time to sleep. She is wonderful.
 
Lesley is absolutely tops! I''ve made two purchases from Whiteflash through her. She was always quick to respond to my emails, and wonderful to speak with on the phone.
 
I see you decided to work with Lesley and WF. You won''t be sorry! I have worked with Katie for an original purchase and 1 upgrade. The people at WF are very helpful and patient! They want you to be happy with your purchase. We look forward to pictures!
 
She helped me buy my Mom''s diamond & bezel for her Christmas present. She was wonderful.
 
I am currently working with Katie on a three-stone sapphire and diamond ring and she has been an absolute angel! I am a pain in the butt because I have a million questions, and she has responded to each and ever one in a super fast, super friendly manner. I don''t think you can go wrong with any of the WhiteFlash reps. They have a good reputation and I think they care about making all of their clients happy.

And, just to add, my budget is lots, lots, lots smaller than $20k, but they are still treating me like royalty!
