Hello all!

Me and my fiancee are looking for a wedding band to match her 1.215 ct Hearts & Arrows on a Vatche U-113 setting. Here are some pictures of the beautiful ring from Whiteflash.

We are now finding it challenging to find a matching wedding band that provides enough clearance and also goes well with a Tiffany knife edge style. We were first thinking a straight style ring but have now started thinking about getting an indented one to provide a better fit. We were looking at a few Vatche wedding bands (see below) but it's hard without seeing it in person, or having some pictures with it matched at the very least.

Any comments or suggestions greatly appreciated!

I do not like curved bands, rings tend to rotate when worn and a curved band would always need adjusting.

I think she should just get used to the gap and get a band she likes!

First, the engagement ring is gorgeous!

I agree with dreamer, I don't like curved bands. Go with the band she loves, even if it has a gap!

Memoire bands fit perfectly with the Vatche U-113.

And where are your pictures??? :naughty:

Oh, no, this ring definitely doesn't need a curved band! If you go to Tiffany, you'll see almost all straight bands and that is what they sell to go with that style ring! If you have a Tiffany's near you, that is the very best place to try on various bands that look beautiful with the solitaire ring. I have the U-113 and I have the 2mm Tiffany Legacy band and I also have a Memoire band with 10 point diamonds. I am not sure if I have any pictures with the Memoire band. The advantage to the Tiffany and Memoire bands is that the diamonds are set low so the rings are an excellent height to go with the U-113.

I'll be the lone voice of dissension. I have a curved band and I love it! :) Of course, a curved band is not everyone's cup of tea; it's all about personal preference. I have a low-set three stone engagement ring, and personally speaking, gaps drive me bonkers. My original wedding ring was a plain platinum band that did not sit flush to my e-ring, and I hated it. As soon as I found my current curved wedding ring, I knew it was the ring I was supposed to have. No regrets on getting a curved band.

Of course, your lovely lady should get a band that she loves. If it happens to be straight and doesn't sit flush, oh well. So long as she loves i, that's all that matters. The example of a straight band posed above is stunning. I wouldn't protest seeing that on my finger everyday! ;)

I would get a straight band, I made the mistake of getting a curved band once and hated it.
