To answer your question, doubtful, yes, my e-ring is a .55 square radiant that measures something like 4.75x4.75mm, and the ring is sized for a 5.25 finger. My hands are kind of small, so the rings may look larger in proportion. In reality, they are fairly dainty, but for my region and peer group, my diamond is one of the largest.
