Just wanted to give a shout out to the people at Whiteflash.

From the moment I contacted Bob Hoskins - who kindly helped me whittle down my selection to two perfectly matched stones - to the customer services and shipping people - My experience with them has been nothing short of first class.

The stones arrived this morning beautifully packaged.

I am rubbish at photography so have attached links to the stones I bought instead of pictures. In the hand they are incredibly white and very sparkly. The cutting is amazing - you can even see the tiny arrows with the naked eye. These would have to be the best cut stones I have ever bought - thank you Pricescope for educating me!

I'm sure my daughter will be delighted - I'm going to have them set into simple 4 prong 18k white gold studs for her 21st.

Now I'm going to start working on owning one of these beautifully cut stones myself (but bigger - muuuuch bigger, heh heh heh) .

Actually, I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit that I have rather a lot of diamonds (and coloured gemstones) already and they are all lovely and I adore them but now that I know so much more about cutting, I think I "need" to add some ideal cut stones to my collection, it just wouldn't do for daughter to have better stones than mummy, right??
