So after a few months scouring this website for every bit of information I could absorb I finally settled on going to Whiteflash for my now, fiance's, engagement ring. Oops, looks like I just gave away the ending. 
The process started for me about 8 months ago and after torturing Chris over at Whiteflash for a few months I decided on a design and they began the process of fabricating my custom ring. They quickly created CAD renderings of the ring and worked with my to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Their level of professionalism, expertise, courtesy and patience throughout the process was exceptional and their level of quality is unmatched. My experience was so superb I am back at it working with Whiteflash on both of our wedding bands.
On a side note, I also want to thank everyone on this site for all of their pictures, information and help. There are so many wonderful vendors and members on here all willing to give a hand. As great as my experience has been with Whiteflash I do want to thank all of the other Vendors on here who give so much of their time to the forums and members looking to learn. This site is an incredible resource.
