Whiteflash diamonds missing in pricescope searches?

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I went to Australia and did a search on my laptop. Whiteflash didn't show up on my searches as they did in Canada. I figured it was an IP geolocation thing which excluded Whiteflash from my searches, but when I got back to Canada Whiteflash remained missing from searches.

Any ideas?
