Whiteflash Customer Service Affirmation

I received a Whiteflash Butterfly ring for my Diamond Anniversary almost a year ago, and have worn and loved it.(ACA stones).
It was recently accidentally damaged, and I immediately called Whiteflash in a panic! Becca was so reassuring and had me send photos of the damage, and I received a phone call back in just a few minutes saying they could repair the ring. (The prongs of one of the side stones had shattered!)
The repair time was only a couple of weeks, and I now have my ring back on my finger, and looking at it makes my heart sing.
And Whiteflash covered the cost of the repair under their one year warranty! I am still wowed by their Customer Service. Truly outstanding customer service. I didn’t really consider customer service when I ordered the ring , but I knew from years of reading posts here that Whiteflash takes good care of their customers.
And because I know how much it is appreciated, here’s a photo.

I took a hard spill on a bike a month ago and got pretty banged up. Who cares that I’m lying in the street bleeding, first thing I did was make sure my ring was ok!

Whiteflash's customer service is stellar. I've had a problem or two and they've always gone above and beyond to help me, even when whatever happened was entirely my fault!!
