Dear Pricescope Family,
Just an update to let you know current status at Whiteflash. Naturally we are adhering strictly to guidance from our governmental officials and health care experts. As such, on Monday we closed our showroom and all Whiteflash employees capable of performing their jobs from home were required to do so.
We are fortunate as we have been operating on a cloud computing platform for many years now, so much of our work can be performed remotely. For those jobs that require us to be onsite we have instituted safety precautions on our campus in response to the health alerts we have received including sanitation and social distancing, and will continue to attend to customer orders as long as it is safe to do so.
Currently we are working hard to get all pending jobs out to customers, shipping as many early as we can to make sure we limit any disappointments. If you have a job in progress and have not had an update recently please contact your consultant or call our toll free number.
Our ability to ship internationally is now very limited due to constraints put on us by our insurance company. However, we are making every effort to ship those which we can. It is a case by case basis at this point, so please inquire.
We are still able to fully service customers in the US and Canada. We have a huge inventory of certified diamonds and designer engagement rings IN STOCK and under our control. Our jewelers are currently working at close to full capacity so we are in business! Loose diamonds can be shipped promptly and many stock and designer pieces can be finished in a day or two. Please inquire if you are interested.
We would like to thank the Pricescope community for your wonderful support through the years. Whiteflash has developed solid contingency plans for the continuation of business after the present crisis abates. We expect to be able to ramp back up to capacity very quickly as soon as it is safe to do so.
From the entire Whiteflash Team our wish is for all of you to stay safe and to take good care of your friends, families and neighbors. We are all in this together, and together we WILL get through it.
