I was recently searching for a 2 carat round my husband had promised for years that I could get. I contacted Whiteflash and Renee was very helpful in answering all my questions.
We exchanged numerous emails and phone calls. Then my husband had some emergency health issues. Renee was very kind and understanding and had even called to ask how my husband was, she was very understanding when we wanted to hold off for a while and see about his health.
About a week later after all his tests came back normal. I felt a little better and even though I told myself I wouldn’t, I started peeking at the website again and found a diamond I was very interested in.
Again, Renee was awesome, I had lots of questions and she was quick to find the answers and even had me talk with Bob about the diamond in question to alleviate my concerns.
After a few days of playing “hurry up and wait” with my bank, we were ready to go. I am now happy to say the order was confirmed and the money was wired and I am now the proud owner the following amazingly beautiful K SI1. I have waited 23 years for this and I can’t thank Whiteflash enough for making my dream come true. You guys ROCK!
