I'm pretty sure jared's has what you want, too.

I don't know who makes the custom halos.

Totally depends on the specs of your stone and where you buy it from, whether you can find a stock halo setting to fit the stone or whether you need a custom job. Not just something one can grab a number for out of thin air.
