Hi everyone! I just got my engagement ring 3 days ago and took it yesterday to get it re-sized (from a 7 to an 8.5). It is 14k white gold and rose gold. Now the part of the band that is on the inside of my hand is a dark grey?? When I picked the ring up I noticed it but thought it was just because it had just been heated etc. What does this mean and is it a bad thing? It is shiny but looks like steel to me not the white gold like the rest of the ring. Also part of the rose gold looks like it came off or faded. I'm scared to take it back and have them mess something else up!
