Hi Skeemr!

I would go with the higher color/clarity combo -- The G/VS1 ... even though it is just a little smaller.

Both diamonds are well cut and fall within both the AGS Ideal & GIA Excellent range, therefore, since I find myself to be color sensitive, I would go with the higher color as that would be more appealing to me. This does not, however, mean that there is anything wrong with the other ... They are both gorgeous stones!

Good luck with your decision!

Gorgeous stones--both of them!
I'd go bigger, as I like size, especially when the choice is between two knockout stones

They are both well cut, so the difference in color/clarity G/VS1 or H/VS2 will be negligible IMHO.

Just looks to me like the Brilliant Scope/Gemex image on the 2.01 is not as good as the 1.85. Can you guys comment on that?

Don''t look at the BS pics. While they''re fun to look at, it''s hotly debated how much they truly represent as far as performance. What you want to look at are numbers and Idealscope pics. You have two stellar stones here. It''s a matter of higher color, or a smidge more size. Alone, in a setting, the G will basically look like the H in size.
