Which TV shows do you miss?

Magnum, P.I. (seriously) and Hazel - I guess I'm showing my age ;)

I am a Friends fanatic, so I would love some new episodes. I also used to watch Ed (about the lawyer-turned-bowling alley owner). It was so witty and entertaining. Any American Dreams fans out there? It was a show that was on about 10 years ago, about a middle class family in Philadelphia (the oldest daughter danced on American Bandstand). It was a great show. I recently got it used on DVD and DH and I have started watching it.

So, which shows do you miss?

I miss the shows that were cancelled before their time was up: Jericho & Firefly are a couple of them. I've re-watched them both a few times.

The rest of the shows I miss, we've gone back and re-watched. I've seen most episodes of LOST three or four times (I watched the whole series w/my DH, then watched it again on my own and with my kids).

Definitely Friends. I miss Arrested Development too.

There are new episodes of Arrested Development on Netflix instant watch. They decided to start the show back up again...I haven't watched any of the new ones to see if they're any good. We were trying to watch all the older ones first, but my kids thought the show was really funny and it was too hard trying to keep them out of the room, so we gave up on catching up! ;)

Firefly
All things Stargate
Dexter!! (so sad it's done!!)
Sopranos

Lost and 24!!!!
I read that they're making a new series of 24.

Yeah it starts next August. I would say 24, but I thankfully don't have to

I really really REALLY miss Sex and the City. It went off the air during the time I was in grad school, and I had looked forward to it each and every Sunday. When the show ended, I literally went into a depression of sorts. True story.

...Boy Meets World...

If you didn't know they are bringing back Boy Meets World too. Its called Girl Meets World and it will be about Corey and Topenga's Daughter. Both Corey and Togenga will be reprising their roles.

Sopranos,

NYPD Blue (great character actors)

Kojak! Remember he would say "Stavros, Crocker, get in here now!!

Age showing on the above pick!

House.

Totally miss new House episodes.

I used to miss Rockford Files, MASH, Mary Tyler Moore, Bob Newhart, Gilligan's island and a bunch of other 1970's oldies, but then we started getting MeTV and they show all the oldies. They are a broadcast station, that we get from a $50 Costco antenna. They have broadcasting stations all over the USA, it's very weird. I am now a Donna Reed fan, even though she was before my time. :appl:

Here's the website, http://metvnetwork.com/

I have 2 cable stations that run CSI and Monk reruns 24/7.

The original or the remake?

The original for sure. The remake helped, but just wasn't quite up to par with the original.

HI:

Original Hawaii Five-O. Jack Lord. Beautiful vista's and camp at its best.

cheers--Sharon

Oooo Star Trek TNG, good one! I watched all the episodes on Netflix a while back, took me like 18 months, but it was so worth it, and now I want to do it again.

Football Wives--an British nighttime soap about soccer players and their wives and GFs. Being British it wasa lot more graphic that we have here and they had some ridiculous situations and pretty graphic sex.

Tanya and her nails forever!!

eta: I miss Larry Hagman :(

Miami Vice, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, 21 Jump Street. All the the original cast, never aging.
