I'm also open to other Blue Nile suggestions beyond the poll. My first pick, a Sterling Silver Mesh Cuff Bracelet, was sadly too tight. I've considered the 10mm Sterling Ball Bracelet that would go with my new Graduated Ball Necklace but thought that was toooooo obvious and maybe tooooo matchy matchy. (FYI -- I'm only considering Blue Nile options right now as my original purchase came from there & I have an open gift certificate to use).

Thanks Lovemybling! I have two watches now ... a tank style Tiffany (all Stainless) ... and a black ceramic men's size sporty chronograph. This would be a nice addition & combines so many of my fave things: mother of pearl, rose gold, diamonds, white metal! According to my research on other sites, it *should* fit right out of the box -- but if it doesn't I could order more links & adjust.

It would ALSO be really nice to have earrings that would match rose and white gold. (I could live w/o the yellow! HA!) And the earrings are 18K gold. That says "fine jewelry" more to me than the watch ....

Which is why I'm torn!

Anybody else???!!!!

I don't want to say anything mean about those earrings, but the shape doesn't look very nice to me. I wish they were more elegantly twisted together or something.

I actually voted for the 18k earrings because I agree with your thinking that they are fine jewelry and you'll always remember they were a PS gift. I sort of regret not getting a particular piece of jewelry for my first gift because I used it toward a Leon setting and if I ever change that setting, the gift is gone! And in this case, the watch won't be a forever piece. I like it a lot, though, and you could still get it for a birthday or some other occasion.

I actually considered those earrings and the tri-color hoops for my gift as well, so that may be why I am biased! I still haven't decided on mine, either!

I forgot how much FUN this is! I usually go off and pick pretties by myself, post 'em & then you're FORCED to say nice things about them. But I'm getting so much out of each of your takes on the situation. Flattered you all like the watch so much! I still dig the earrings quite a bit too (though I'll admit they aren't my *usual* style) but I'm def leaning toward the majority vote!

I so love that watch, it might be the prettiest one I have sen in a while. 2 Christmases ago I got a chocolate and yellow gold seiko with diamonds but the face is small. I am really wanting this one. Pictures soon!!!!!

I do love the watch but voted for the earrings. I think the earrings are classic and would be a great addition to any collection. The watch is gorgeous but since you already have a couple I'd do the earrings first and the watch to celebrate something else later this year.

btw-I was at an antique shop a few days ago and I saw a silver bead necklace and thought of you! The beads were HUGE. The center was about 20mm. Price was too high, so I didn't get it, but I wanted it! Hope you are enjoying your lovely necklace.
