Hi,

I am looking for a 1.00 carat diamond, G color, Vs2, excellent cut. I did some research and it seems soloman brothers has some of the lowest price online. (Is there anything I have to consider other than customs [I live in Canada].)

However, I wonder whether it worth to pay a few hundred more for the excellent symmetry and polish. Is possible to see the difference vs the very good symmetry and polish? Also if you have to choose which one is more important? symmetry or polish?

So I hope some of the experts here can help me choose which one of them has the better value out of the following
Basically, all of them are around 1.00~1.08 carat. G color, vs2 excellent cut.

Thank you in advance for all the help.

The 1.07 G VS2, if the strong blue fluor do not become oily/hazy in sunlight, only a small percentage does that.

Ditto. Check with the vendor whether the diamond does look cloudy in some lights but as SC says it is rare.

I agree that the 1.07 would be my first choice, with the 1.08 being second.

Did you guys pick these 2 diamond base on the carat? or because of the EX symmetry and EX polish?

but assuming they are all the same size. will this effect your choice? The reason I ask is because the diamond looks pretty much the same size to me for anything because 1~1.1. (I went to local store and look at various size)

I find the 1.08 has more inclusion in it, will they be visible by eye or the 10x scope?

Thanks guys I have email Solomon Brothers about the 1.07.

We picked it because it has the best angles combination.
