Which of these H&As would you choose?

I could use your PriceScope knowledge! BF and I are looking at H&As now (since the Solasferas). We'd like to find one that runs about $3500 for D-G color, VVS1-VS1 clarity (VS2 if eye clean), super ideal cut, and maximize carat.

Well, the .70 runs $3800+, so are you going up to $3800? The maximum budget matters. And I wouldn't go above G just to get the most size possible. If you're going to the $3800 range, then I'd go for this one because I don't think you can see the difference in an AGS ideal cut and a superideal. But you can see the difference in a .65 and .73 ct. stone:

We'd have a little wiggle room to max out at $3800. The setting we're looking at runs $1400 and we'd like to stay around $5000.

If it is within your budget, I would get the largest stone I could, but it depends on what your priorities are

We'd like to get as large as possible with the rest of the quality being very good. Cut is most important to us, clarity and color are about even.
