They all look good, assuming these are eyeclean to your standards you could pick any and be happy I am sure. My choice would be the F SI2 or the H SI1 but they are all excellent stones. Find out which are eyeclean so you can narrow down from there as the next step.

edited to include HCA since you replied

theres a couple of stones with Brian Gavin that would also come in your price range:

a 2.398ct H SI1 $24,073.00
its cert is here: clicky

and a 2.216ct H SI1 $22,260.00
its cert is here: clicky

If you get in touch with Brian via his site: here then they can send you all the Hearts, ASET, Ideal Scope, pictures and cert, etc.
Pointing out Brian''s stones since your looking at Whiteflash''s ACAs - since Brian was the one who developed the cut, then you may also appreciate his current offerings too

But from your inital 3 selections, i would be choosing between Diamond 1 and 3 - but thats a personal thing with the SI2 (and diamond 1 looks very pretty in Rhino''s video

thanks I have registered and emailed Brian Gavin
Thank you so much again

"The G SI1 is beautiful as well. You can see the inclusion if you really make an effort to look for it. Meaning, if you look at it under the loupe and then take the loupe away and search intently for the inclusion, you will eventually find it." - SARAH@GOG

"one of the cleanest SI2s I have ever seen before and I will come out and say right now that this would be the best bang for the buck with a great balance of color/size/clarity and most importantly the light performance. The F SI2 has an inclusion that is much harder to see though and that is why I think it is a better value. So if you look at the SI2 under a loupe and then pull the loupe away, looking intently, it is still so hard to see the inclusion. That is why this SI2 is unbelievable." - SARAH@GOG

Well in that case this one definitely sounds worthy of serious consideration.
