Which of the two is best?

See the following 2 that are about the same size and price.

The 4.10 has a hca score 2.2 and the 4.13 has a score of 1.3. Wanted to get your feedback on which is best and if they’re good stones. Most important factor for me is the brilliance /sparkle.

I really like portions of the 4.13, and it looks much whiter than the H you posted earlier. If this is within a budget you’re comfortable spending, it would be a good pick I think. Can you put in on hold and ask for images? At least an ideal scope of not ASETs.
