Which do you like better?

I'm considering these two diamonds at JA. Which do you like better & what do you think of them? Do you think the inclusions will be visible? Thanks a lot

Did you see if they can get you idealscopes on these two stones? I like the look of the 2.02 better
even though the other one has slightly better numbers (idealscope could change that though).
Have you asked JA how eye-clean these stones are?

Thank you very much for your reply. I haven't seen the idealscope but I think they will try to get them for me. I can also see the stones next week which is helpful.

The 1.9 rates 1.5 score on Holloway but it seems like there is a lot going on with clouds pinpoints etc.

The 2.02 rates a 1.7 score on Holloway but only returns very good for light return, do you think this is a problem? It also has a mark which may or may not be visible on the table.

In my budget, I can get a bigger diamond with lower clarity or a smaller diamond with better clarity. Is SI1 good enough for a stone this size or are you better off reducing the carat a little to get higher clarity?

I'm glad you get to go and see them in person. That way you can check if they are eye-clean to your
satisfaction (fingers crossed). Sometimes it is hard to find an eye-clean SI1 at this size.

The 1.9 has 80% lower halves which cause thinner arrows...most people do prefer the 75% lower
halves like the 2 carat has. Since you'll be seeing them in person you can figure out what you
