Neither are top of the line but the Ritani is much better. For a 60/60 style stone (the Ritani is) you want at least 33.5 for the crown angle. The other has a flat crown and is only Very Good Cut. You want GIA Excellent only. That's a minimum threshold Also VS1 is a total waste of money on a tight budget in a round. Stick to eyeclean SI1 and VS2 for the best value.

If you are working with a vendor that cannot provide you with IS images (I don't recall whether Ritani can or not) you want the following specs:

Crown: 33.5-35.0
Pavilion: 40.6-40.8
Table: 60 or less
Depth: 62.3 or less.

IN ADDITION, you have to put the numbers into this tool, WHICH IS A REJECTION TOOL NOT A SELECTION TOOL, and if it scores over 2 its a reject. Under 2 it is a possibility. https://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca
