Which cushion would you choose?

What would you choose?

I can get a modern well cut cushion for $890 or an antique cushion for $850

They are about the same weight, though the modern is square and the antique is rectangular.

I have seen all the data on the modern one (ASET, idealscope,etc) and it''s a very nice stone.

The antique one all I have is a picture, dimensions and color & clarity estimates (it is not certified)

I love the look of antique cushions. My fear with the modern cut is that once set it will look too much like a round diamond. My ideal would be a GOG August Vintage but they don''t have any in my budget.

There isn''t enough information for us to help you decide here. What are the specs of the diamonds?

Do you like a modern or an antique cushion - two very different looks.

Who has the antique style cushion for sale? The modern is with Brian Gavin isn''t it?
