AGS000 stone which means its been evaluated to have Ideal Light Return (0).

Are you planning on a ring? FYI, this is the size of the stone on a size 6 finger with a 2mm shank setting.

It looks amazing! Yes, Planning to put it in a halo setting
 
A halo will show off any of these stones beautifully...plus give her nice finger coverage!

True Hearts cut is sticking in my head and almost looks the same as the other one but cheaper!
 
Don't forget to ask about the james allen advantage. It might be able to drop enough for your budget.

I like the E better...I like the faceting pattern better, the size is a tad bigger, and it will be very white (H would be fine too as far as color).

Its a sweet stone IMO.
