where to have a custom mens wedding band made.. help please!

My guy has a particular design that it seems we'll have to go custom for... we're looking for names of places that do custom work in rose gold- cast or handmade, it doesn't matter. Can anyone give us some suggestions where to look?? Thanks a bundle!
